Application Support Engineers - 2nd Line & 3rd Line Support

Our client is currently looking for experienced Application Support Engineers to join their team, supporting critical IT and operational technology environments. Location: Billingham Contract: 6 Months (Outside IR35) Possible extension Our client is currently hiring for two different Application Support roles at varying levels of seniority: Level 2 Application Support Level 3 Application Support Key Skills & Experience Strong experience with Windows Active Directory (AD) OT (Operational Technology) and hardware support experience Application packaging and deployment experience Client development/support background Previous Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills Responsibilities Provide Level 2 or Level 3 application and infrastructure support Support and maintain Active Directory environments Troubleshoot application, hardware, and OT-related issues Assist with application packaging, deployment, and upgrades Work closely with infrastructure, development, and operational teams Ensure systems are maintained in line with operational and compliance standards GCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
