Site Manager - Traditional Build Housing Location: Watford Salary: £65k + package A large, established housebuilder is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a 190-unit traditional build residential development in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected developer with a strong pipeline of work, high-quality projects, and excellent long-term career prospects. The Role: Working as part of the site management team, you will take responsibility for a section of the development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day operations on a traditional build housing development Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site labour Driving programme and maintaining build schedules Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld across site Monitoring build quality and managing snagging processes Supporting NHBC inspections and ensuring compliance Liaising with senior management and reporting on progress Helping deliver excellent customer satisfaction results Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding Strong background delivering traditional build housing developments Experience working on large-scale residential schemes preferred Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong knowledge of health & safety and site processes SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid essential NHBC experience preferred What's on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Bonus scheme Long-term opportunity with a leading housebuilder Strong pipeline of future developments Excellent career progression opportunities within an established business For a confidential discussion, please apply with your CV or get in touch directly for more information
