Social worker needed within Hampshire County Council - based in QA hospital Based at QA hospital and will be onsite with potential to remote work once a week. Role will be primarily duty which will include, triaging, resolving issues in a fast paced environment, safeguarding, managing expectations, speaking with patients and their NOK, managing a task list.
