The Role

Were looking for an experiencedGroup Parts Managerto lead a multi-site operation, driving parts sales, team performance, and customer service standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Parts Supervisors, Advisors, and Drivers
• Oversee daily parts operations across multiple sites
• Drive parts sales across retail, workshop, and trade channels
• Manage stock control, audits, and operational performance
• Improve processes and ensure consistency across all sites
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery

About You

• Proven xwzovoh experience in automotive parts or aftersales management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercially focused with a sales-driven mindset
• Organised, detail-focused, and customer-oriented
• Multi-site experience (desirable)
