Production Operative

We are pleased to be working with a well established and rapidly growing Metal Treatments company who work with precision engineering companies within the aerospace and defence sectors who are looking for a Production Operative. They are looking to add a Production Operative to their busy team. This role in vital in ensuring smooth operations within the factory environment supporting metal treatments and maintaining high-quality production standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain hands on experience in a dynamic production environment. Experience of Production Operative: * You will ideally have previous factory or manufacturing experience or be confident you enjoy a practical, hands-on role * Warehouse experience including forklift operation would be beneficial This role is a great opportunity to join a thriving business with room to grow and progress. Candidates for the Production Operative will need to be conscientious, reliable, and eager to contribute to a productive team and willing to learn new skills 37 hours a week - Mon to Thurs 8am to 4pm, Fri 8am to 1pm Over time is paid at time and a half £25,000 to £26,900 depending on experience Free Parking Would suit candidates with background in:- Production, Factory, Warehouse, Assembly
