Role: Customer Service Advisor (Face-to-Face) Location: Edinburgh – SouthWest Locality Office Hours: Monday to Friday – 36 hours per week Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour Start Date: ASAP Duration: Temporary ongoing About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of your local community, providing a welcoming and professional front-line service. As a Face-to-Face Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents visiting the office—supporting them with enquiries, appointments, and essential services. What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, professional first impression Supporting visitors with enquiries and guiding them to the right services Managing appointments, including check-ins and issuing tickets Taking payments and processing service requests accurately Updating customer information on internal systems Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery Handling enquiries with care, efficiency, and a strong customer focus 👀 What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A calm, patient and empathetic approach Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask Confidence using IT systems and handling customer information accurately A positive, team-focused attitude 🌟 Why Apply?
