Senior Site Manager - 100 Unit Residential Development Henlow, Bedfordshire Competitive Salary + Package An established privately owned housebuilder is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 100-unit residential development in Henlow, Bedfordshire. The Role As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development from build through to handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead site teams and subcontractors while maintaining excellent quality control and health & safety standards throughout the build process. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the full construction programme on a 100-unit residential scheme * Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on site * Ensure all works are completed to programme and budget * Maintain exceptional standards of health & safety * Drive quality across all stages of the build * Conduct regular progress meetings and reporting * Liaise with internal departments including commercial, technical, and customer care teams * Ensure NHBC standards and building regulations are met * Support successful client handovers and customer satisfaction targets Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential housebuilding * Track record delivering volume housing developments * Strong leadership and communication skills * Excellent organisational and programme management ability * NHBC award-winning experience or high-quality delivery background desirable * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates essential What's on Offer * Competitive basic salary * Car allowance or company car * Bonus scheme * Pension * Private healthcare * Long-term opportunity with a stable, privately owned developer * Supportive and collaborative working environment For more information or a confidential discussion, please apply today
