As part of its long-term strategic growth plans, the organisation is now seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and further develop its operational performance across the business Operations Director – The Role: This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operational executive with a proven background within large manufacturing environments. The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the full operational function, ensuring manufacturing performance, supply chain efficiency and operational excellence across the organisation. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational processes and develop a scalable operational infrastructure.
