Contracts Manager - Flat Roofing Location: North West Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card About the Role We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and driven Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver flat roofing projects from pre-construction through to completion. The successful candidate will manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple flat roofing contracts from start to finish Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget Oversee site teams, subcontractors, materials, and workmanship quality Monitor project progress, budgets, and financial performance Manage project risks, programmes, and client expectations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and supply partners Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards Promote a culture of safety, quality, professionalism, and excellence across all projects What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing or construction Extensive knowledge of flat roofing systems, including: Single ply Built-up felt Liquid roofing EPDM GRP/Fibreglass Green roofs Strong commercial awareness and project management skills Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Full UK driving licence (essential) Desirable Qualifications SMSTS CSCS IOSH / NEBOSH Roofing-related qualifications or accreditations What We Offer Salary up to £50,000 DOE Company van and fuel card Opportunity to work on a wide range of roofing projects Supportive and professional working environment Career progression opportunities within a growing businessApply: Ready to bring your expertise to the team?
