An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join Lewis & Dick, a well-established and highly regarded independent law firm. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a varied caseload while delivering exceptional client service.

The role:

You will be managing your own caseloads from instruction through to completion, advising clients on a broad range of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, tax planning, trust administration, and Court of Protection work.

Key responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor include:

• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties

Drafting legal documentation and correspondence

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures

Meeting billing, time recording, and performance targets

Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment

Assisting with business development and client relationship activities
