Here at Academics, we work closely with a number of specialist SEN schools across East Sussex who are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and reliable individuals to join their teams on a full-time basis.

We're particularly interested in hearing from people with backgrounds in:

Residential and adult care

Healthcare and support work

Autism and learning disability support

Complex needs and personal care

Mental health and behavioural support

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in care, support work or a similar role.

A patient, caring and adaptable approach.

Someone reliable, proactive and passionate about supporting others.

An interest in working with children and young people with SEN.

You don't necessarily need previous school experience - your transferable skills could be just what a specialist school needs!
