We are a scaling fintech redefining how people interact with financial products. My client platform processes millions of transactions and serves a growing customer base across multiple markets and as they expand, they need engineers who are ready to grow with them.

This is a hands on full stack role at the heart of the product engineering team. You will work across backend and frontend, owning features from initial design through to production, and collaborating closely with product and design to deliver experiences that are fast, reliable, and genuinely useful to there customers. They move quickly, we care about quality, and we give the engineers the autonomy to make meaningful decisions.

About the role

You will build and maintain backend services in NestJS and TypeScript, contribute to their React frontend, and play an active part in technical discussions that shape how their platform evolves. You will work in a team that values pragmatism over process they ship regularly, iterate quickly, and hold themselves to a high standard without getting precious about it.

AI tooling is a genuine part of how the team works. xwzovoh We expect you to have developed your own workflow around these tools using them to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and reduce friction across the development lifecycle.

Requirement:

• Over 4 years experience as an engineer
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with practical experience building and maintaining backend services in NestJS
• Confident with React on the frontend, including component architecture, state management, and performance considerations
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including writing efficient queries and managing schema changes in a live environment
• Working knowledge of AWS and modern deployment practices, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• User of AI for day to day tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively alongside product managers, designers, and other engineers
• Worked in industry with heavy compliance
