£19.96 per hour PAYE or £27.20 per hour limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35

Our client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Officer.

2 days in the office minimum (Wednesday and Thursday) plus other days as required by the business.

Will be based at County Hall, Taunton. Required to attend the office a minimum of two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday) plus other days as required in line with business needs. Must have significant employee relations experience in managing complex ER cases including but not limited to grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, sickness, restructures plus ideally TUPE.

Experience in an HR environment.
Managing and advising on complex people/employee relation matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and sickness issues.
Producing and interpreting analytical data to support any recommendations.
Producing reports and management information. To provide managers with a range of options with any associated risks identified.
Experience in TU consultation and negotiation.

Delivering training or making presentations to management.
Development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
Experience of electronic filing systems and Co-Pilot.
