PPD / Production Print Field Engineer - Central Belt

ROLE : PPD Print Production / Industrial Print LOCATION : Central Belt - Scotland We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide high‑quality technical support across a range of Production Print products. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, minimising downtime, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience .

The Role

• Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment
• Carrying out installations and de‑installations, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently
• Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience
• Escalating technical issues promptly
• Identifying opportunities for additional services or revenue while on customer sites
• Building strong customer relationships
• Managing and maintaining vehicle stock

The Candidate

• Strong technical knowledge of Production Print and/or Industrial Print devices
• Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions
• IT literacy and basic networking capabilities
• Strong communication skills
