Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance across all areas of operation. Liaise with management to implement strategic plans and communicate organisational objectives. Resolve operational issues promptly, escalating complex problems when necessary. Conduct regular team meetings to promote communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure quality control procedures are followed consistently throughout all processes.Experience Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in Civils Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
