Estimator Loughborough £40,000 - £45,000 DOE (Plus Bonus, Hybrid, & Early Friday Finish!) We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a long-established and growing engineering business specialising in large-scale steel fabrication projects across major UK infrastructure and commercial sectors. Description of the role: As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates for bespoke fabrication projects, while supporting projects from enquiry through to handover. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and pricing incoming enquiries and tender documents Preparing detailed quotations and costings Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle Supporting project handovers to production and operations teams Building strong working relationships with customers and supply chain partners Ensuring estimates are commercially competitive and technically accurateAbout you: Previous experience within an Estimator position A background within steel fabrication, structural steel, or metalwork The ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive and detail-focused approachIf you're an experienced Estimator looking for your next opportunity within a growing engineering and fabrication environment, we'd love to hear from you
