Teaching Assistant - Year 2 SEND Support Tameside Full-Time | Long-Term Position A Primary School in Tameside is looking to appoint a committed and resilient Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis supporting a child in Year 2 with challenging behaviour and SEND needs. This is a long-term opportunity for a confident and proactive individual who can build strong relationships and provide consistent support within the classroom environment. The ideal candidate will: Have experience supporting children with SEND and challenging behaviour Ideally hold Team Teach Training Have a confident, friendly, and positive personality Be resilient and able to remain calm under pressure Work effectively alongside the class teacher and SENDCO Provide tailored support to help the child engage positively with learningThe school is seeking someone who is passionate about making a difference and can provide both academic and emotional support throughout the school day.
