A large international law firm is seeking a Reward Assistant to join its London-based Human Resources team.


This opportunity is only suitable for candidates who have previously worked within a UK or US law firm. Applications without law firm experience will not be considered.


The role

Working closely with the Reward team, you will provide administrative and analytical support across compensation, benefits and employee recognition processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting annual salary and bonus review processes

• Maintaining accurate compensation and benefits data

• Producing reports, spreadsheets and management information

• Responding to employee queries regarding benefits and reward programmes

• Supporting benefits enrolment and renewal activity

• Liaising with payroll, HR colleagues and external providers

• Assisting with benchmarking and market data exercises

• Preparing letters, reports and employee communications

• Monitoring shared inboxes and resolving queries promptly

• Supporting reward-related projects and process improvements


Essential experience

• Previous experience within a UK or US xwzovoh law firm is essential

• Experience in reward, benefits, payroll or wider HR administration

• Strong Excel and data management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A proactive approach and the ability to meet demanding deadlines
