What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the management team, you'll lead from the front and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the venue.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating front-of-house teams of 2-20 staff across a variety of events.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring consistently high standards throughout the venue.
• Supporting recruitment, training and development to build a high-performing team.
• Working closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Overseeing operational, administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.
