Salary:£13.69 per hour (£26,695 per annum) plus benefits.

  • Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
  • Planning and enjoying person-centred activities walks, swimming, shopping and trips out

  • Keeping clear and accurate records
  • Working closely with colleagues and professionals

Youll be supporting six young adults in their own homes, helping individuals with a range of complex needs, including:
  • Autism
  • Learning disabilities
  • Mental health conditions
  • Physical disabilities
  • Behaviours that may challenge
