PK Education are recruiting Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants to work within secondary schools across Rotherham from January 2027. We're looking for individuals who can build positive relationships with students, provide consistent support and help young people develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed in school. This role is particularly suited to candidates with experience supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, challenging behaviour or additional learning requirements.
