Technical Manager

A leading regional contractor is seeking an experienced Technical (Design) Manager to lead the delivery and design coordination of social housing and residential construction projects across South Wales. Working closely with the Construction Director, project teams, consultants, clients, and specialist subcontractors, you will manage the design process from feasibility and tender through construction, commissioning, handover, and aftercare, ensuring projects are compliant, buildable, cost-effective, and delivered to programme.
