We're working with an established building services maintenance provider looking for a proactive, commercially aware Contract Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of contracts across London and the South East. The opportunityYou'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of mechanical and electrical building services maintenance contracts, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements. Combining operational management, client engagement and commercial responsibility, you'll act as a key point of contact for clients while leading engineers and coordinating subcontractors to maintain high standards of service.
