Teacher of Religious Education (RE) - Long-Term Supply Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Religious Education (RE) to join a large, well-established secondary academy in Barnsley, starting after October half term on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher to make a positive impact on students' learning and personal development within a supportive secondary school environment. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality RE lessons across the secondary age range, encouraging students to explore a range of religious beliefs, ethical issues and philosophical questions. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality RE lessons in line with the national curriculum and the academy's schemes of work. Teach Religious Education across KS3 and KS4, adapting lessons to meet the needs and abilities of all learners. Develop students' understanding of a range of religions, beliefs, worldviews, ethical issues and philosophical debates.
