This is a highly influential role focused on developing, embedding and continuously improving Nuclear Safety Culture across a major project environment and its supply chain. Working closely with senior leaders, project delivery teams, client stakeholders and regulatory bodies, you will help ensure the highest standards of nuclear safety, compliance and organisational learning are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between the business, the client and regulators, helping to drive a positive safety culture, support regulatory engagement and promote continuous improvement across the organisation.
