Recruitment Account Manager - Education Recruitment £25,000 to £35,000 + Commission Birmingham City Centre Full-Time, Permanent 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (Reduced Hours During School Holidays) Join a Growing Education Recruitment Team Smile Education is looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) division, supporting our partnership with Enquire Learning Trust. This is a delivery-focused role where you'll work closely with schools, candidates and partner agencies to ensure schools have access to high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff when they need them. If you have experience in recruitment, account management, resourcing or staffing coordination , we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day staffing requirements across a network of schools. Build strong relationships with school leaders, candidates and partner agencies. Source, screen and interview education professionals. Advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms. Coordinate candidate availability, bookings and placements. Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems. Work closely with compliance teams to ensure candidate suitability. Resolve staffing issues and provide proactive recruitment solutions. Manage timesheets and placement administration. What We're Looking For Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or staffing. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
