Floor Layer Leeds Social Housing Long-Term Work | Weekly Pay | Immediate Start Bamford Contract Services are currently recruiting for experienced Floor Layers to join our client on long-term social housing projects. If you have experience with floor screeding and sheet vinyl flooring, we want to hear from you. The Floor Layer Role Working within occupied and void social housing properties, you'll be responsible for preparing subfloors and installing high-quality sheet vinyl flooring to domestic properties. Floor Layer Duties Include: Preparing floors ready for installation Floor screeding and subfloor preparation Installing sheet vinyl flooring to a high standard Working in occupied and void social housing properties Completing work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards Ensuring a clean and safe working environment Floor Layer Requirements: Proven experience as a Floor Layer Experience with floor screeding Experience installing sheet vinyl flooring Previous social housing or domestic property experience preferred Valid CSCS Card Own tools Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Checkable references What's on Offer for a Floor Layer ?
