Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal Location: Bury Salary: £28,000 - £55,000 DOE Full Time | Office Based An established and well regarded law firm based in Bury is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal to join their growing property team. This role would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing who is confident managing files with supervision and supporting on a busy caseload from instruction through to completion. The Role You will be supporting the conveyancing team on a broad range of residential property matters including: * Sales and purchases * Freehold and leasehold transactions * Remortgages * Transfers of equity * New build matters * Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors * Preparing legal documents and progressing files efficiently This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and close knit team where you will have genuine progression opportunities and exposure to high quality work. About You To be considered, you will ideally have: * At least 2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing * Experience assisting on or managing your own files * Strong organisational and communication skills * A proactive and client focused approach * Ability to work well within a fast paced team environment Qualified candidates, experienced paralegals, conveyancing assistants and fee earners will all be considered.
