The Role: Join a thriving nursery teams dedicated to creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. As a valued Nursery Manager you'll support children aged 0-5 years, planning exciting activities, promoting learning through play, and ensuring every child feels supported and valued. The salary is around £34-£37k per year based on 40 hours per week.(This can be 4x 10 hour days) For the right person this could go permanent. Key Skills/job duties: Childcare & Educational LeadershipCurriculum Delivery: Ensure staff effectively implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum while creating a stimulating, play-based learning environment. Progress Tracking: Monitor and audit observation systems and digital learning journals. Ensure individual child development needs are met consistently.
