If that sounds like you, this role will probably make sense. About the Role This company specialises in kitchen and bathroom renovations across Southampton, Winchester and the surrounding areas. The work is consistent and properly planned. They usually run around 4–5 projects a month, which means you're not constantly being dragged from site to site trying to finish three jobs at once. You can actually focus on doing the job properly. Every project is a full renovation, so you'll be part of a team of trades working together to deliver a finished kitchen or bathroom the customer is genuinely happy with. It's the sort of place where people take pride in their work, turn up when they say they will, and look out for each other on site.

Get your hands on tiling the walls and floors of kitchens and bathrooms, creating beautiful spaces where people love to be Masterfully handle large format tiles, lay down stunning herringbone patterns, and transform wet rooms into functional art Ensure every tile is laid with precision, leaving behind a finish that's clean, straight, and makes you want to show it off Chat with customers on-site, keeping it professional while bringing your personality to the table Take charge of your own areas while seamlessly coordinating with other trades to keep the job running smoothly

Got around 5+ years of tiling experience in the residential space? Perfect, you're just who we're looking for! Whether it's walls, floors, or those tricky layouts, you tackle them all with confidence and flair We want someone who works efficiently but still cares about the finish—perfectionists, unite! Being reliable and professional on-site is key—turning up on time matters big time here Comfortable chatting with customers day to day? If you can keep things friendly and smooth, that's a big plus Having your own tools would be super helpful, but if you don't, no worries! You must be based in the Southampton, Winchester, or Eastleigh areas to keep things local and connected
