The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position involves the assembly of electronic and electromechanical products, including PCB assemblies, wiring harnesses, and other bespoke electronic builds.
Working within a quality-focused environment, you'll use your assembly and soldering skills to produce high-quality products while following technical documentation and manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities Solder a variety of electronic components to a high standard
Assemble PCBs, wiring harnesses, and electromechanical systems
Carry out electronic and mechanical assembly work in line with build requirements
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
Ensure all products meet quality and production standards
Support manufacturing activities within a collaborative team environment
Skills & Experience Essential Experience with electronic assembly and soldering techniques
Comfortable with both manual assembly work and soldering equipment
Ability to accurately read and follow technical drawings and production documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable Experience soldering to IPC or J-STD standards
Previous experience within an electronics manufacturing environment
Experience building PCBs, wiring harnesses, or electromechanical assemblies
