Drylining Site / Senior Site Manager 📍 West Midlands 💷 £260 per day + Travel + Holiday Pay + Additional Perks 📅 Minimum 12 Months Work Our client is a well-established and growing drylining contractor based in the West Midlands, delivering high-quality commercial and residential schemes across the region. Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to appoint an experienced Drylining Site Manager to oversee a live project in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable subcontractor with secured work for at least the next 12 months. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing drylining packages from pre-start through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Projects will typically range from large commercial developments to residential and mixed-use schemes, with package values exceeding £700k. Key Responsibilities * Managing drylining projects across the West Midlands * Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and programme delivery * Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained on site * Attending client and site meetings * Managing programme deadlines and quality control * Liaising with commercial teams and senior management * Overseeing labour and material coordination * Reporting progress and resolving on-site issues efficiently Requirements * Previous experience working for a drylining subcontractor is essential * Proven track record managing drylining packages valued at £700k+ * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams * Must hold: * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid What’s on Offer * £260 per day * Travel expenses * Holiday pay * Additional company perks * Long-term work pipeline * Opportunity to work with a respected Midlands contractor This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Drylining Project Manager looking for long-term, secure work with a busy and growing business.
