Filoform UK, part of the CRH Group, is seeking a Head of Sales for the UK & Ireland to lead sales across the region. You will drive market development, expand utilities and infrastructure customers, and deliver sustainable growth while coordinating with operations, finance and product teams.

You will manage a field and support sales organization, build relationships with contractors, engineers and network operators, and lead the region to meet budgets and margins.
