We are delighted to be assisting a renowned luxury country house hotel just outside of Cheltenham. This award-winning property is seeking a Head Chef with high-end experience to lead its ambitious kitchen and champion elegant, seasonal British cooking.

Leading, inspiring and developing a talented brigade, fostering a calm, professional and learning-focused culture
Curating refined, flavour-led British menus that celebrate seasonal produce from trusted local suppliers and the estates own larder
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
