Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis.

This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs) working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest equipment and materials.

What you'll be doing:
Preparing panels ready for primer and paint
Masking and sheeting vehicles to a high standard
Carrying out panel preparation and minor repairs
Applying primer and supporting the paint process
Delivering right-first-time prep work to reconditioning standards

Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week.

Package Up to £37,000 basic salary
Bonus up to 15%
15% pension contribution

Hours:
45 hours per week
9-hour shifts between 06:30 - 18:00
Shift patterns discussed at interview

Qualifications

Minimum criteria:
Panel / vehicle preparation experience
Masking and sheeting experienc
Primer experienc
Accident repair experience
Full UK driving licence (manual)
