This is an opportunity to work within a well-established practice, advising a broad range of clients on optimising tax relief across property and capital expenditure.You will play a key role in identifying and delivering capital allowances opportunities, working across a variety of projects including acquisitions, developments, and refurbishments.

The role offers exposure to complex work, alongside strong technical support and clear progression.Key responsibilities:Identifying and preparing capital allowances claims within tax computations and advisory reportsAnalysing property expenditure to determine qualifying allowancesWorking closely with surveyors and property specialists to assess and value qualifying assetsProducing detailed technical reports to support claims and positions takenAdvising clients on capital allowances opportunities across acquisitions, disposals, and developmentsSupporting with HMRC queries or enquiries as part of wider tax reviewsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsWhat we’re looking for:Experience in Capital Allowances, ideally within a consultancy or advisory environmentStrong understanding xwzovoh of UK tax legislation relating to capital allowancesExposure to property, construction, or real estate-led projectsAbility to interpret technical and financial informationStrong communication skills and a detail-oriented approachWhat’s on offer:Strong base salaryComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work with a leading Tax Advisory firmExposure to high-quality and complex projectsClear progression and development opportunities
