Acting for a diverse client base of businesses and employers, you will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, disciplinary issues, grievances, settlement agreements, and tribunal proceedings.This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work, opportunities for advocacy, and involvement in business development, networking, and client training initiatives.
You'll join a collaborative and supportive environment that genuinely invests in the development of its people.Suitable candidates will have strong technical employment law knowledge, excellent client care skills, and a commercial approach.
