- Specialising in Rural Land & EstatesOur client seeks an ambitious Associate to join their top Agricultural Property team, supporting landowners with complex and high-value transactions.This role is ideal for those with experience in Agricultural Property, but they are also open to hearing from candidates from High-Value Residential or Commercial Property backgrounds who are eager to specialise in rural land matters.

You will work closely with a leading Partner, handling:Strategic land developmentRenewable energy projectsLarge-scale transactions for landownersSale and purchase of agricultural estates and rural propertyBased in Hampshire, you'll also collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations.
