What you’ll be doing • Leading Building Surveying instructions across diverse sectors • Managing key client relationships and repeat business • Delivering project led work including contract administration and design • Mentoring and developing junior surveyors • Supporting growth of professional services and wider business strategy • Playing a visible leadership role within the consultancy Projects & sectors You’ll work across commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, residential, retail and public sector instructions including live environments, framework projects, refurbishments, major works and specialist schemes. Clients span both public and private sector organisations including major national brands, local authorities, healthcare providers and education estates.
