What you'll actually be doing:


Running outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to book meetings with e-commerce brands


Researching and identifying target accounts that fit the ideal customer profile


Qualifying inbound and outbound leads before handing them to the closing team


Building and managing your own pipeline from scratch with real autonomy


Learning the product inside out so you can have genuine, consultative conversations with real decision-makers


Testing and iterating on messaging, cadences, and channels until you crack what works


Who this is for:


You've got 6 months to 2 years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or something adjacent. You're not afraid of the phone, you can write a cold email that actually gets replies, and you bring energy and curiosity to every conversation.


You don't need someone looking over your shoulder. You'd rather figure it out, ask smart questions, and get stuck in. You want to be somewhere where progression isn't just talked about, it's built into the plan.

£35k to £40k base + OTE up to £80k

London, hybrid (3 days in office)

Series A, ~25 people, growing fast Joining a 12-person UK sales team
