Bank Therapy Assistant 📍 Hitchin 💷 £12.96 - £14.09 per hour (DOE) Join Brainkind and Help People Reach Their Rehabilitation Goals We're looking for a caring and motivated Therapy Assistant to join our bank team at Stagenhoe Neurological Care Centre in Hitchin. At Brainkind, we support people living with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries to maximise their independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Working alongside our experienced Therapy Team, you'll help deliver person-centred rehabilitation programmes and support individuals to achieve their goals. What You'll Do * Support therapists in delivering rehabilitation programmes * Work with the multidisciplinary team to meet individuals' physical, emotional, cognitive and social needs * Assist with therapy interventions and the safe use of equipment * Maintain accurate records and report progress to therapists * Support service users and families throughout their rehabilitation journey * Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day service delivery What We're Looking For * GCSEs or QCF Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care * Experience working in a care environment is desirable but not essential * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good organisational skills and a positive, proactive approach * Passion for supporting people to achieve their goals What We Offer ✅ £12.96 - £14.09 per hour (DOE) ✅ 33 days annual leave (pro rata) ✅ Buy and sell up to 5 days annual leave ✅ Simply Health Cash Plan ✅ Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) ✅ Company Pension ✅ Group Life Assurance ✅ Free parking ✅ Excellent training and development opportunities ✅ Long Service & Staff Recognition Awards Apply Today We review applications on a rolling basis and may close the vacancy once filled, so we encourage early applications.
