Product Owner, Agile, Hybrid working

FT Recruitment has been asked to partner with our technology-led client, managing their recruitment process for a Product Owner to join their growing digital team in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful l candidate to act as the bridge between customers, stakeholders and delivery teams, leading product discovery, development and continuous improvement across a growing digital product portfolio.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, informed by customer needs, market trends and business priorities
Use analytics and data to inform product decisions, feature enhancements and roadmap priorities
Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases to provide clear requirements for development teams
Work closely with engineering, UX and QA teams to support the timely delivery of high-quality products
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
Track delivery progress and report on key product and performance metrics
You’ll have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused requirements.
