About the role
We're recruiting an Area Service Delivery Manager to oversee FM and maintenance delivery across a portfolio of multi‑site contracts.
You'll manage and support engineering teams across multiple trades, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for performance, people management, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and developing multi‑disciplinary engineering teams
Ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and H&S standards are consistently met
Overseeing maintenance delivery and supporting project works
Acting as the key point of contact for client escalations
Driving improvements across service delivery and performanceAbout you:
Background in FM / maintenance with strong operational experience
Proven experience managing engineers across multiple sites
Confident leader with excellent communication skills
Trade or FM management qualification preferredThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing FM business with strong long‑term contracts and a clear focus on people and service quality.
