SAP Consultant

About the Role

Join Accenture's SAP practice to lead SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable SAP solutions that drive business value, operational efficiency, and digital transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash functional workstreams in transformation and implementation programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, and design scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities, including sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery processing, customer master data, and credit management.
• Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash process design and ensure seamless integration with Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and other SAP modules.
• Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and user acceptance testing activities with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, business process documentation, testing strategies, and deployment plans.
• Lead and mentor functional consultants, providing guidance on solution design, delivery best practices, and quality standards.
• Support project governance activities, risk management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SD with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Proven experience delivering at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP SD functionalities, including sales orders, pricing, billing, deliveries, shipping, customer master data, returns, and credit management.
• Experience designing and delivering integrated SAP solutions across modules such as FI, MM, TM, EWM, or CRM.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and business process consulting capabilities.
• Experience leading project teams and managing functional workstreams within complex transformation programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Sales certification or other relevant SAP certifications.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and SAP Business Process Transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery approaches.
• Experience supporting global or regional transformation programs involving multiple business units and geographies.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Resources, or Technology sectors.
• Knowledge of SAP Order Management optimization and process automation capabilities.
