We are currently recruiting a motivated and ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team based in Maidstone , working closely with a high-end, design-led construction client delivering exceptional residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with cost planning and budget management
Supporting procurement and subcontractor packages
Preparing valuations and variations
Working with project teams to monitor costs and progress
Reviewing drawings and project specifications
Supporting senior QS staff across multiple live projects
What Were Looking For Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (or working towards)
Strong interest in construction and commercial management
Good understanding of drawings and basic cost principles
Excellent communication and organisational skills
