Our client is a busy, high-end joinery manufacturer producing bespoke kitchens, cabinetry, and interior joinery, alongside larger batch runs of cabinetry.

They are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join their workshop team.
You will be working across a mix of bespoke one-off pieces and larger batch production jobs, assembling cabinets and joinery items to a high standard, using both CNC-produced components and traditional methods.
Key Responsibilities: Assembly of cabinets, carcasses, and bespoke joinery items Working from technical drawings and cutting lists Handling both one-off bespoke work and batch production runs Machining and fitting of components (doors, frames, panels, etc.) Use of workshop machinery (saws, edge banders, sanders, spindle moulders etc.) Maintaining consistent quality across multiple units Keeping work areas clean and organised Identifying and resolving issues before they escalate xwzovoh Requirements: Proven experience as a cabinet maker, bench joiner, or similar Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good understanding of cabinet construction methods High attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
