YourRoleasa Childcare PractitionerwithinChildrensServices:

• AssistwiththecareandsupportofourChildrenandYoungPeopleaged12-17whilstensuringthatahomelyenvironmentismaintained.
• Contributingtomeetingeachchildsphysical,emotional,socialandeducationalneeds.
• Buildpositiverelationshipswithchildrenandsupportwiththeirdevelopment-whilstensuringthattheyarekeptsafe.
• WorkwithinaMulti-disciplinaryTeamtoadvocateforchildren'sneeds.
• Providepositiveandmeaningfullifeexperiencesforchildrentodeveloptheirskillsandself-esteem.
