Senior Quantity Surveyor — Flexible Hours & APC Support

Foster & May is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Cardiff office. This role involves leading projects from inception to completion while mentoring less experienced Quantity Surveyors. The successful candidate will work on diverse projects including leisure, retail, commercial, and healthcare sectors.

Candidates should possess a Quantity Surveying degree or be RICS accredited, with a minimum of 5 years of PQS experience. The position offers a salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 and an attractive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, flexible working, and APC support.
