Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead and motivate front-of-house teams ranging from 2 to 20 members during various events including weddings, conferences, proms, funerals, private functions, and tribute nights.
• Ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service across all areas of the business.
• Support staff recruitment, training, and development to enhance team performance and service quality.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Manage operational, customer-facing, and administrative responsibilities to maintain smooth venue operations.
• Undertake keyholder responsibilities including opening and closing the venue, as well as cashing-up procedures.
