Reward Analyst

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a large, nationwide organisation that are currently seeking a Reward Analyst to join them on a 6 month FTC. This role can be based in Hull or in London, and offers hybrid working 2 days per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £55,000 to £70,000 dependant on experience. As a successful Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for; Reviewing the company reward strategy, including job levelling, job architecture and salary banding Work across the various sites to complete an in depth review of the business strategy, and produce cost models.
